Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order, and every order is tracked.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Clear Windshield Kit (remover, sponge and towel, in one package): ships from our US warehouse and usually arrives in 3-7 days.
XXL Water-Only Glass Cleaning Cloth: ships separately from a different warehouse and usually arrives in 5-11 days.

If you order the Complete Kit, your items arrive in two packages, each with its own tracking number. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or bad weather.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll fix it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.
